A very light, pleasant, and delicious Chinese-style fish soup with mushrooms. It cooks quickly.

Instructions

To prepare Chinese-style fish soup with mushrooms: cut the fish into 2x2 cm cubes. I used tilapia fillet. The soup will be rich. Peel the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook the fish soup for 20 minutes. Then add soy sauce, vegetable oil, and all spices. Finish cooking the fish soup for another 5-7 minutes.

You can add fresh herbs to the finished Chinese fish soup. Enjoy your meal!
