Instructions
Prepare all necessary ingredients for the soup.
Boil the chicken leg quarter in 1.5 liters of water over low heat until cooked (approximately 30 minutes).
Remove the chicken leg from the broth, let it cool, separate the meat from the bones, and cut it into small pieces.
Strain the broth and return it to the pot.
Add the sliced chicken meat to the strained broth and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the boiling broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Add the diced tomato to the soup with potatoes and chicken. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden.
Add the sautéed onion to the soup.
Stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and cook the soup for a couple more minutes.
Finely chop fresh herbs.
Add the herbs to the soup and cook for 1 more minute.
