This unusual but very simple soup is made from readily available ingredients. When you're short on time or don't feel like going to the store, prepare this dumpling soup, and you'll be satisfied with this simple and hearty dish.

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients for the dumpling soup.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Peel the carrots and cut them into julienne strips.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Also finely chop the peeled garlic. Finely chop the parsley.

Prepare the sautéed vegetables. In a pan with vegetable oil, sauté the onion until golden. Then add the carrot and garlic.

Add the potatoes to boiling water.

When the potatoes are half-cooked, add the sautéed onion, garlic, and carrot, and bring the broth to a boil.

Then add the dumplings. Cook the dumpling soup until the dumplings float to the surface. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs. The dumpling soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
